Do You Send An Email When An Order Is Placed?
YES. . . I will notify you upon receipt of order/payment and provide you with the shipping date of your purchase. You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation tracking number for your package. I want you to have your purchase ASAP. Remember no transaction is final until you have your item in hand and are pleased with your purchase!

How Do You Pack Your Books?
I take pride in my packing techniques! First your book is wrapped in tissue paper. A plastic wrap then is added as a tight seal to guard against moisture. For added protection your book is covered by bubble wrap or cardboard. Now your book is placed into a bubble envelope and is ready for mailing. A book that does not fit into a bubble envelope or a “lot” of books will be placed in a box.

How Much Does It Cost For USA Shipping?
Your shipping is free as the actual shipping is already included in the price of the book. Books are sent media mail unless light enough to go first class. Magazines will be sent first class or priority depending on weight. All selling costs are figured into the price. No extra shipping charge is listed so you have free shipping. If you desire faster service than USPS Media Mail please contact me.

Do You Insure Your Books?
YES . . . I personally insure all orders over $35.00. In the rare case of damage or loss please contact me immediately, KEEP THE BOX, CONTENTS, AND ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL UNTIL YOU ARE CONTACTED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. It is your responsibly, on orders under $35.00 to request insurance. I can not replace any order as books are “one only” or out-of-print. Your purchase is packed well enough to withstand “normal” handling from the postal service and most arrive intact. A $5 item will be packed just as carefully as the more expensive purchase.

Do you sell NEW books?
YES . . . but a book will be marked NEW ONLY when I purchase directly from a retail or wholesale source! Many of my books look new but I feel it would be wrong to list them that way. Instead they will be listed in "AS NEW” condition.

Magazines Can NOT Be Shipped By USPS Media Mail?
YES . . . Sorry but this is true! It is ILLEGAL to ship magazines by Media Mail due to the advertising inside copy. If discovered shipper/buyer may be fined and have to pay additional shipping. FROM THE USPS WEBSITE: “Media Mail is used for books, film, manuscripts, printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages and binders consisting of medical information, videotapes, and computer-recorded media like CDs and diskettes. Media Mail cannot contain advertising.”

I don't have an account with Google or Paypal. Can I pay using my credit card?
YES . . . You can pay with a credit card on PayPal without having a PayPal account. You would follow the information about using PayPal to pay until you reach the page on PayPal's website that allows you to log-in to your PayPal account. The page also gives a link for you to use if you want to use your credit card without a PayPal account. **** Google does require you to create an account. Your information would be available in the future if you wanted to use the Google Checkout on any other website.

YES . . . Just contact me with the list of items you would like to buy and your country, so I can calculate your shipping cost.

Refunds, Returns And Guarantees?
YES . . . I strive for 100% customer Satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the item that you received you may return the item, in its original condition, if I am contacted within 3 days of receipt. Should you return an item your refund will be reduced by the amount of postage shown on your package when you received it. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

YES . . . Your personal information is protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Using SSL your information including name, address and credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission and therefore unreadable as it travels over the Internet. I do not have access to the information that you supply to PayPal and Google!
