YES . . . You may pay with Visa, Master Card or e-Check through PayPal or Google Checkout. I also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks. When paying by checks or money order, PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO: Joyce Horton. Payment is expected within 7 days.

I Don't Have A PayPal Or Google Account. Can I Pay Using My Credit Card?
YES . . . You can pay with a credit card on PayPal without having a PayPal account. You would follow the information about using PayPal to pay until you reach the page on PayPal's website that allows you to log-in to your PayPal account. The page also gives a link for you to use if you want to use your credit card without a PayPal account. ** GOOGLE does require you to create an account. Your information would be available in the future if you wanted to use the Google Checkout on any other website.

Is Shipping Really Free?
YES . . . Shipping is already included in the price. In most cases, items are shipped via Media Mail. Books light weight will ship by First Class mail. The postal service estimates delivery by Media Mail (book rate) can take from 2-9 days but during holiday season it may take longer. Even with the shipping included my prices remain low and I offer quality books with Satisfaction Guaranteed! All orders are shipped from California’s zip code #92587.

Do You Ship To Hawaii and Alaska?
YES . . . Books that are shipped MEDIA MAIL can often take a month or more to get to Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in those 2 states you may want to use Priority Mail for a small addition charge -- that way you can get your books in just a few days!

Do You Offer International Shipping?
YES . . . I do ship internationally by Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (up to 4 pounds): Canada $11.95. England and all other countries $13.95. Items over 4 pounds? Please request specific shipping cost to your country (include your address, country code and the country you want the item sent to) prior to purchasing.

Do You Use Delivery Confirmation?
YES . . . Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery and/or attempted delivery information, including date and time of delivery as well as the delivery location of the item. You will need the Delivery Confirmation label number to access the following information from USPS Track & Confirm website: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm (Do not confuse D/C with the more expensive USPS Tracking number system which will track through the mail stream and tell you where the item is within the mail stream or when it will be delivered.)

Do You Send An Email When An Order Is Placed?
YES . . . I will notify you upon receipt of order/payment and provide you with the shipping date of your purchase. You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation tracking number for your package. Remember no transaction is final until you have your item in hand and are pleased with your purchase!

Do You Pack Your Books Well?
YES . . . YES . . . I take pride in my packing techniques which include the following: First your book is wrapped in tissue paper. A plastic wrap then is added as a tight seal to guard against moisture. For added protection your book may be covered by bubble wrap or cardboard. Now your book is placed into a bubble envelope and is ready for mailing. Any book/books that won’t fit or may be too heavy for a bubble envelope will be placed in a box.

Do You Sell NEW Books?
YES . . . YES . . . A book will be listed as "NEW" ONLY when it is purchased directly from a retail or wholesale source! Many of my books look unread/unopened but I feel it would be wrong to list them as new. Instead the book will be listed in "LIKE NEW” or “AS NEW” condition.

How To Change Text To A Larger Size?
If you would like to view any eCrater page or image in a larger or smaller size, simply press the "Control" and (+) or the "Control" and (-) keys on your computer. This can be done repeatedly to find a convenient and pleasing viewing size. I hope this helps!

Can Magazines Be Shipped By USPS Media Mail?
NO . . . Magazines will be sent First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. Please note: It is illegal and a Federal offense to ship magazines by Media Mail. Media Mail® service is to mail books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and CDs, DVDs, and diskettes. Media Mail can not contain ADVERTISING. Media Mail® is subject to postal inspection and fines to seller and buyer! The USPS can open media mail packages at any time!

Is Your Store Secure?
YES . . . Your personal information is protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Using SSL your information including name, address and credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission and therefore unreadable as it travels over the Internet. I do not have access to the information that you supply to PayPal and Google! I respect your privacy. Your email will not be shared with anyone.
