Antiques, collectibles and other goodies (my husband calls it all junk and clutter) have been my passion for over 60 years. I have been there and done that (even have the T-shirts to prove it) when it comes to selling at swap meets, yard sales, consignment shops, mail order, antique malls and even my own collectible shop!
Reading has been a great pleasure in my life! To be completely wrapped up in a story, either fact or fiction, told by some of the master story tellers of our day is a joy that should never be missed. I can only hope that you find the joy in this pursuit that I have found over the years and I wish you many days of happy reading!
GRADING THE BOOKS I SELL: Have you ever seen the term "GOOD FOR ITS AGE" when looking at a books description? Remember it doesn't matter how old or how new the book is -- any defect should be described thoroughly.
Every book I list is described as completely as possible. Although every spine crease or scratch may not mention every effort is make to note all significant defects, including bookplates, writing/markings, and strong odors. The VERY GOOD and GOOD categories may be modified with a plus (+) or minus (-) sign to signify that the book(s) being described falls a little bit above or below the usual book with that grading. Always read my descriptions for full details/description of any imperfections!
